Delta aircraft mechanic pay: no contract scale exists

What is verifiable

• Delta mechanics have no CBA; the workgroup is not union-represented. The absence of a contract is itself information — there is no document that fixes pay rates, premiums, overtime rules or retirement contributions.
• Delta publishes its own comparison material about AMT total compensation. This site has archived that document (SHA-256 recorded), and ruled it unusable as a pay scale: it is employer-published advocacy, not a ratified agreement, and no figure from it appears in the comparison. The methodology explains the ruling.
• Because pay is set by company policy, Delta can change rates at any time — which is also why third-party "Delta pay scale" pages disagree with each other.

What you can compare instead

If Delta mechanics ever ratify a contract, its scale joins the comparison the day the document is public.
