Terms of use

What you may do with the data, and what this site does not warrant.

Acceptable use

This site is a public reference. You may read, search, quote, and reuse the published dataset under the license below. You may not present the data as your own compilation without attribution, misstate what a figure represents, use the site to harass any person or organization, or attempt to disrupt its availability.

Dataset license

The compiled dataset — the values, states, citations and structure published here — is licensed Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Reuse requires attribution to “AMT Index” with a link to https://amtindex.com/. See citation guidance.

The underlying collective bargaining agreements are the documents of their parties. They are cited and archived here for verification; no ownership of them is claimed and no license to them is granted. Airline and union names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the documents cited.

No warranty

The published figures are transcriptions of public documents made under the stated methodology. They are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The governing agreement and your employer’s records control your pay — not this site. Errors are corrected and logged publicly; see the corrections log.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainer of AMT Index is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, wages, opportunity or data, arising from use of or reliance on this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Not advice

Nothing here is legal, financial, employment or career advice, and nothing is a representation of any individual person’s pay or entitlements.

Governing law

[GOVERNING LAW — TO BE COMPLETED BY THE OPERATOR: name the state or jurisdiction whose law governs these terms and where disputes are resolved.] Until this clause is completed, no choice of law is asserted.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The dataset version and build identifier printed on every page identify the state of the site at the time you read it.
