What is free, permanently
Everything published on this site is free to read and free to reuse under CC BY 4.0, with attribution to AMT Index. That includes every figure in the comparison, every citation, the rate calculator, the corrections log, and the methodology. Individual mechanics are never charged, and no feature is withheld from them. Institutional licensing does not gate any of it.
The 2027 Contract Cycle Data Pack
The 2027 bargaining cycle is approaching: Envoy’s agreement becomes amendable 2027-05-12 (verified from the agreement), American’s 2027-06-26 and Southwest’s 2027-08-16 (both as stated in signed extensions and term sheets, pending final confirmation), with further windows opening through 2029 — every date tracked publicly in Contract Watch. Organizations that negotiate, benchmark, or plan against these numbers — on either side of the table — need clean, defensible, apples-to-apples peer data. The Data Pack is that dataset, packaged: verified cross-carrier compensation and contract terms (top-of-scale rates, progression, license and skill premiums, shift differential, amendable dates), every figure cited to the source document and page, delivered as a report plus a machine-readable spreadsheet with one custom peer cut for your carrier set, in five business days, with a written walkthrough.

Verification standard for paid deliverables
The public site is built on dual independent machine readings that must agree exactly, with every figure cited and a public corrections log — the method is published in full. Paid deliverables add a further step: every figure in a delivered pack is additionally human-confirmed against the archived source document before delivery and ships with a signed methodology attestation stating source, page, verification method, and date. If an error is confirmed in a delivered figure, it is corrected in the permanent public log and the deliverable is reissued. No buyer — institutional or otherwise — influences methodology, figures, rankings, or corrections; that commitment is structural.
What licensing adds
Licensing exists for organizations that need the data in a form the public web view cannot provide:
- Bulk and historical export
- The full verified dataset as machine-readable files, including superseded rate tables and prior published states. The web view shows what is current; the export carries the series.
- Immutable versioned snapshots
- A frozen dataset release, citable by version (current: 2026-09-24+960f879b), that will not move under a filing or a published paper. The public site is a moving target by design; a snapshot is not.
- Custom clause benchmarking
- A specific clause read across named agreements and returned with page-level citations — the comparison this site does not publish because it is particular to one question.
- Methodology attestation
- A signed statement of how a cited figure was verified (source document, retrieval, hash, dual reading, referee outcome), suitable for submission alongside an exhibit or a peer-reviewed methods section.
- Support and turnaround commitment
- A named response window for data questions, rather than the best-effort handling a public inbox receives.
Sample export
A two-carrier, five-topic excerpt of the Data Pack in the delivered PDF format, generated from the same verified public data on every publish: sample-data-pack.pdf. Every figure in it carries its citation and the dataset version.

Export data dictionary
Field definitions for the export format (sample and licensed exports share it):
- carrier_id / carrier
- Stable identifier and display name of the carrier.
- topic
- Contract topic key from the closed site vocabulary (base_scale, shift_differential, field_trip_pay, …).
- step_label
- The step or band exactly as the agreement prints it.
- value / unit
- The verified figure and its unit (usd_per_hour, percent, multiplier, hours, …). Values are transcriptions, never estimates.
- effective_date
- The printed date the rate table takes effect (ISO 8601).
- source_document / source_page / source_section
- The archived document id, PDF page, and printed article or section the figure was read from.
- verification_method / verified_at
- How the figure was verified (machine_consensus = two independent readings agreed exactly) and when.
Why the data holds up in a filing
Every source document is archived immutably with a SHA-256 hash, every figure cites document, page and section, every published value required two independent readings that agreed exactly, and every correction ever made remains in a permanent public log. A cited figure can be re-derived by a third party from the archived document without trusting this site.
