What is free, permanently
Everything published on this site is free to read and free to reuse under CC BY 4.0, with attribution to AMT Index. That includes every figure in the comparison, every citation, the rate calculator, the corrections log, and the methodology. Individual mechanics are never charged, and no feature is withheld from them. Institutional licensing does not gate any of it.
What licensing adds
Licensing exists for organizations that need the data in a form the public web view cannot provide:
- Bulk and historical export
- The full verified dataset as machine-readable files, including superseded rate tables and prior published states. The web view shows what is current; the export carries the series.
- Immutable versioned snapshots
- A frozen dataset release, citable by version (current: 2026-08-12+416489ba), that will not move under a filing or a published paper. The public site is a moving target by design; a snapshot is not.
- Custom clause benchmarking
- A specific clause read across named agreements and returned with page-level citations — the comparison this site does not publish because it is particular to one question.
- Methodology attestation
- A signed statement of how a cited figure was verified (source document, retrieval, hash, dual reading, referee outcome), suitable for submission alongside an exhibit or a peer-reviewed methods section.
- Support and turnaround commitment
- A named response window for data questions, rather than the best-effort handling a public inbox receives.
Sample export
A sample of the export format, generated from the same verified public data, so the format can be evaluated before contacting anyone: sample-export.csv. Its header block carries the dataset version, the methodology version, and the build identifier; every row carries its source document, page, section and verification method.
Why the data holds up in a filing
Every source document is archived immutably with a SHA-256 hash, every figure cites document, page and section, every published value required two independent readings that agreed exactly, and every correction ever made remains in a permanent public log. A cited figure can be re-derived by a third party from the archived document without trusting this site.

Email licensing@amtindex.com with the scope you need. Replies go out within two business days. The first reply confirms whether the data supports the question, states what is verified and what is not, and proposes scope and terms; the contracting entity is disclosed at that stage. Nothing is billed for the scoping exchange.
